my name is elena, pronounced uh-len-uh, but most people call me len. :)
i think we can agree that most things “nutrition & fitness” have become complicated & confusing.
i am here to help you debunk the myriad BS surrounding weightlifting & macros. optimal health & a bomb physique don’t come from a quick fix, a fad or a cleanse. lifting weights doesn’t make you bulky, pilates doesn’t make you “toned”, butter doesn’t make you fat. my goal is to help you increase your body literacy & teach you how to fuel, train & live for a truly full life.
i work with my clients long term achieve REAL results, confidence & self-trust. we focus on foundational nutrition & movement principles that you’ll come back to again & again throughout your life.
