Hey, I’m Elena, pronounced uh-len-a, but most people call me Len. I’m here to help you build real strength—not just in your muscles, but in your confidence & daily habits. I’m not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. I combine weightlifting, nutrition coaching, & reformer Pilates to craft a path that fits your life & your goals. Whether we’re training one-on-one, in a group, or virtually, my focus is simple: help you get stronger in a way that lasts. Because strong isn’t just a look, it’s a way of living.
I started teaching fitness in 2018 while juggling a corporate job. After the pandemic, I recognized my need for a change. Nutrition has always fascinated me, so I went back to school & became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2020. In 2022, I completed the Restorative Wellness Solutions Level I: Mastering the Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing. After completing these courses & putting what I had learned into practice between gut health, macronutrient balance, sleep, stress, & movement, I was ready to ditch the corporate world forever. I dove into full-time fitness & nutrition coaching.
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I was a ballet dancer from the time I could walk until I had to switch to cheerleading in high school because of injuries. Both my parents were marathon runners & my siblings were college athletes—it’s safe to say I come from an active family.
In 2023, after struggling with chronic low back pain & still not loving my physique, I decided to start lifting weights with a personal trainer. Fast forward to 2025, I'm a full-time personal trainer, nutrition coach & reformer Pilates instructor. Adding a few hours of weight lifting to my week changed my health in numerous ways—at 34, I feel better than I did at 24, & I love sharing that with my clients.
Originally from the Reno/Tahoe area, I’m now residing in Dallas. You can typically find me at Switch Fitness where I train my clients, walking on the trail—when it’s not too hot, hanging out with my incredible clients, cooking up something delicious with my fiancé, getting lost in a good fiction book on my kindle, taking reformer Pilates classes, & spending time with our cats.
