WHO IS SHE?

I started teaching fitness in 2018 while juggling a corporate job. After the pandemic, I recognized my need for a change. Nutrition has always fascinated me, so I went back to school & became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2020. In 2022, I completed the Restorative Wellness Solutions Level I: Mastering the Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing. After completing these courses & putting what I had learned into practice between gut health, macronutrient balance, sleep, stress, & movement, I was ready to ditch the corporate world forever. I dove into full-time fitness & nutrition coaching.

Movement has always been a big part of my life. I was a ballet dancer from the time I could walk until I had to switch to cheerleading in high school because of an injury. Both my parents were marathon runners & my siblings were college athletes - it’s safe to say we have never been able to sit still.

In 2023, after struggling with chronic back pain & still not loving my physique, I decided to start lifting weights, trading sessions with one of my nutrition clients who is a phenominal trainer. Fast forward to 2025, I'm a full-time personal trainer & reformer Pilates instructor. Adding a few hours of weight lifting to my week has changed my health in numerous ways—at 34, I feel better than I did at 24, & I love sharing that with my clients.

Originally from the Reno/Tahoe area, I’m now residing in Dallas. You can typically find me at the Barbell Club where I train my clients, on the trail - when it’s not too hot, hanging out with my incredible clients, cooking up something delicious with my man, getting lost in a good fiction book, taking reformer Pilates classes, & spending time with our cats.

Strength training, reformer Pilates & macros don’t have to be intimidating. I’m here to support you & make it fun.

Let’s get strong together!

xx, Elena

I was really struggling with the overwhelming amount (and often times conflicting) information that is in the health and wellness space. I considered myself to be someone who lives a pretty healthy lifestyle - I eat mostly whole foods, I work out consistently and I genuinely enjoy learning about health and wellness yet I was so frustrated that I was still having really painful periods, brain fog, a strong urge to snack and was having trouble losing weight. Since we started working together, I understand my body so much better now and my period is now like clock work and I barely feel it!
