You will receive 3 separate 4-week programs, volumes 1-3. Each volume is broken up into A, B + C days. Each day includes 5-6 exercises that focus on the major functional movement patterns & include enough volume (reps + sets) to build muscle & make lasting change. By the end of the week, if you complete all three workouts, you will have hit all major muscle groups. We love structure!

Yes! Each exercise can be modified down to the most basic level & still be incredibly effective if you are reaching true muscle fatigue by the end of each set. Each exercise is linked to a private YouTube playlist, should you need guidance beyond my written description.

My at-home program only uses dumbbells, a bench (incline preferred) & some resistance bands. If you are new to a gym, this program is great for easing into it! I also have a more advanced gym-based program that utilizes barbell, trap bar, dumbbells/kettlebells, pull up/dip bar & some cable/machine exercises.

If completed fully with adequate rest, just 60 minutes. If you reduce the sets to 3 or leave off the finisher exercise, it cuts them down to 45ish minutes. If you’re short on time, you can always separate upper & lower body workouts. This program is designed to be completed at your pace. Sometimes I am only in the mood for upper, so I commit & hit lower body the next day.
