    I felt like I was just going through the motions with groups fitness classes. I was attending but not seeing any results. I always wanted to try weight training but was not sure how or where to start. I wanted to make sure I was doing the right things the right way. I have struggled with lower back pain for as long as I can remember. By adding our sessions twice a week, and lifting heavy, I have strengthened my core which in turn has almost eradicated the pain. I feel confident while lifting heavy. I used to stick with what I knew I could do and not really push myself. Now I will try and if I fail, just make it a new goal and move forward.   • I’ve gained back my body confidence!

    I wasn’t seeing results from Pilates anymore and was really struggling with body recomposition from perimenopause. I’ve gained back my body confidence and it’s helped my relationship with food. It’s also been fun to be surprised by my strength whether it be moving something I’d normally have to ask my husband to do or picking up our 50lb dog with ease.   • You’ll likely start to feel a difference in your strength & routine within the first couple of weeks. Visible changes can take a bit longer, depending on your starting point & consistency. The biggest shift most clients notice early on is feeling more confident & in control of what they’re doing!

  • Not at all! Many of my clients start as beginners or feel unsure in the gym. The results you see here come from showing up consistently & following a structured plan, not from already being “advanced.”

  • It depends on the level of support you’re looking for. If you want hands-on guidance, in-person training is a great fit. If you prefer something flexible, my 12-week program is a strong place to start. And if you’re looking to dial in your nutrition, coaching can help bring everything together.
