Nutrition doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, restrictive, or like you’re constantly starting over. My goal is to help you understand what your body actually needs, so you can stop second-guessing every meal & start building habits that support your energy, your routine, & the different seasons of your life.

Because this is a high-touch, personalized experience, I only work with a small number of nutrition clients at a time to ensure each woman gets the support she deserves.

FAQs

  • Not always, but it really does help move the needle quicker if you have body recomposition goals. I understand that tracking long-term is not for everyone, but it can be really eye-opening and helpful to see where we are starting from. I suggest most clients start with tracking solely protein. Once we have our protein intake dialed, then we can fine-tune our other macronutrients.

  • Absolutely. Most women are undereating protein and calories in general. This can cause low energy. Additionally, if you aren’t eating the right balance of macronutrients, this can negatively impact blood sugar levels. 3 pm crash? 3 am jolt every night? Ravenous carb cravings in the evening? All signs of blood sugar imbalance.

  • 100%. Every client I work with has a different medical history, relationship to food, eating habits, preferences, work schedule, etc. Sure, most of my clients need to be eating more protein…but all of my recommendations will be tailored to your needs & goals.

  • Without a doubt. How we nourish our bodies can directly impact our hormonal and overall health. It’s important to be well rested & well nourished in order to train properly. I work with my clients on many aspects of health that are supportive of their hormones.

  • With knowledge comes power. The more educated we are about our bodies & nourishment, the better we feel, the more energy we have, & the stronger we get. I will help quiet all of the trendy diet culture fads & teach you about foundational nutrition principles to fuel yourself through any life stage.
